Charlton Brown - Shortlisted for SBID International Design Awards 2023
LPF Member Charlton Brown is excited to announce that their work on Dawson Place has been shortlisted as a finalist for the highly respected SBID International Design Awards.
The SBID International Design Awards is one of the most prestigious interior design awards in the global design calendar, recognising, rewarding, and celebrating design excellence across a range of categories.
Dawson Place - Shortlisted in the “Office Design Under 2,000 SqM” Category
Charlton Brown were commissioned to design the interiors, and lead on the design and specification of all furniture at Dawson Place, to create a private family office.
The scheme uses open-plan layouts and glazed partitions to create a sense of connection – interlinking spaces into one harmonious interior.
Throughout, the practice’s interior approach celebrates high-end design, with luxurious, yet soft, home-like interiors. Subtle contrast is added with playful colours, materials and textures from furniture, wall coverings and window dressings.
These establish each office and communal area, as a characterful, unique entity, which together forge the elegant, bold feel the client wanted.
