Priya is a senior construction associate, who has worked on some of the UK’s most prestigious and high value luxury development projects including One Hyde Park, Battersea Power Station, W Hotel, Neo Bankside and Westminster Fire Station. She works closely with funders, developers, contractors, consultants and HNWI's on high end residential and hotel developments. Over the years, after having connected various people in the luxury property industry and long lasting relationships being forged, she established The Luxury Property Forum, the official forum for the luxury property sector.

Head of Events and Marketing
Emma has over a decade’s worth of experience delivering high profile international and domestic events for world renowned companies such as FIFA, UEFA and Formula 1. She has also worked closely with luxury brands Rolex, UBS and Mumm Champagne to develop their global marketing plans, hospitality and activations.
jenny naylor
Marketing Consultant
Jenny Naylor is one of the UK’s most experienced creator of brands in the hospitality and super prime real estate sectors, working with developers and directing the brand, sales and marketing strategies for leading projects including The OWO on Whitehall (Raffles hotel, branded residences, 9 restaurants), Four Seasons Residences at 20 Grosvenor Square, One&Only Resorts (globally), and Atlantis The Palm Dubai. Her consultancy firm Graf London advises a number of businesses, including luxury property management firm Rhodium and developer Henigman, on brand strategy, and has helped shape the concept and strategy for The LPF. She is a regular commentator for media on property trends.

Sarah is an experienced business development professional and has worked in the construction industry for the past 25 years. She is extremely well versed in all things 'smart’ when it comes to luxury homes and hotels. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge from working directly with clients, contractors and consultants and has an excellent understanding of various design & construction phases. Sarah has worked on a range of super prime developments such as Chelsea Barracks & Lancer Square. She is also a massive advocate for getting more women into the luxury construction and property industry.

Business Consultant
Breda started her career in the corporate world – GSk then the BBC – driving major change programmes throughout both organisations. In the last 20 years she has built a number of coaching/consulting businesses, working primarily with SME/Mid-Tier business owners who are restless and wanting to grow and change their businesses. She works extensively in the luxury property sector as well as other sectors and has supported The Luxury Property Forum in its growth in the last few years.

Sameera is a seasoned property investor who brings a wealth of experience in connecting the right people and curating partnerships within the property industry. Alongside building her portfolio, she has worked with business owners on getting the most out of their existing relationships and creating new opportunities. As a brand consultant, she provides strategy and design services to high end property brands.
Pippa Mitchell

Pippa has extensive experience in luxury property development, lettings, management and construction. Over her career she has project managed iconic developments for Finchatton and Northacre. She also project managed the launch of 10 super-lux apartments at the Shard. She has her own residential lettings & property management company, Pippa&Benoit catering for HNWIs, family offices & investment fund in Prime Central London.

Julia is the Founder of Star Projects an independent specialist consultancy, providing client-based cost and project-management services to private residential clients and homeowners. Julia has over a decade of experience, advising and delivering the most unique homes in and around London. As one of only a few female-led consultancies, Star Projects offers a hybrid service for prime property refurbishments, achieving the best results, on time and within budget. She also is highly skilled in digital marketing and has created bespoke strategic social media initiatives for companies within property and construction.
Reshma Upadhyaya
Head of Social Impact
Reshma is instrumental in integrating The LPF's various policies and driving our initiatives on sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, CSR, mental health and wellbeing and inspiring the next generation of the luxury property industry. Reshma is a qualified architect and has worked extensively in both the luxury and built environment space. She has also worked for charities such as Shelter, run international charity construction projects and is a BAME ambassador. She will be working closely with our appointed ambassadors, our partners and members who really want to make a difference to this industry.
Nina Wallrock
Head of Partnerships
Nina is the founder of the Wallrock Collection and has over a decade of experience in the London property industry which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge and a diverse skill set across various sectors within the industry. Most recent, Nina managed the England growth team for a European property and hospitality company. During this time, she generated a flexible income for hundreds of clients and oversaw thousands of guest stays. Nina has built an enviable track record on providing peace of mind to her clients and exceptional experiences to her guests.
