Luxury Real Estate Titans Rokstone and UK Sotheby's International Realty Merge
Super-Prime Agency and LPF Member Rokstone has announced a partnership with UK Sotheby’s International Realty.
Two titans of the luxury real estate world, Becky Fatemi's renowned boutique agency, Rokstone, and the longstanding global real estate brand UK Sotheby's International Realty, have officially sealed a much-anticipated partnership. The confirmation comes after months of swirling speculation and represents a significant development in London's high-end property market.
UKSIR has been on an impressive expansion spree throughout central London, fueled by its acquisition by the owner of Sotheby's Dubai and the Middle East region. The growth includes the establishment of three new flagship offices and the recruitment of top-tier talent from prestigious firms such as Knight Frank, Savills, and Foxtons.
This collaboration is a game-changer, as it seeks to "elevate London's bespoke residential services to a new level."
Rokstone, founded by the illustrious former Foxtons star, Becky Fatemi, in 2011, has amassed an impressive track record with over £8 billion in sales to date. The agency will continue to operate from its headquarters in London's Marylebone and serve the entire super-prime real estate market, both in the UK and internationally, in collaboration with Sotheby's International Realty affiliates.
Fatemi and UKSIR chief George Azar “share the disruptor mindset…which is evidenced by both their respective successes internationally in real estate”, according to a statement from the firms, adding that the new structure will “allow brokers to exercise their entrepreneurial skills in own way and be properly rewarded for their success”.
This partnership is off to a roaring start, with the Rokstone team bringing a staggering $1.1 billion in high-end property instructions to the table, including a €60 million portfolio of prime Balearic properties.
Within the extensive Sotheby's International Realty network, boasting over 1,075 offices and 26,000 agents worldwide, this collaboration is set to make waves.
Beyond business, this partnership also reflects a commitment to social responsibility. UKSIR will extend support to Becky Fatemi's charitable foundation, Shadow to Shine, which she founded in 2010. This initiative provides mentoring, work experience, and skills training to young adults aged between 16 and 30 in inner-city London, contributing to the community in a meaningful way.
