LPF Webinar: What Does Covid-19 Means for Luxury Property in the UK?

There is no doubt that the prime property market was in a great shape at the time of the general election. However, since the pandemic struck in March, we entered uncharted territory. We are now more than a month into the Covid 19 lockdown and we have gone from pure speculation to potentially coming to terms with the inevitable.

On Thursday 7th May we heard from our wonderful panellists as to how have they have managed to survive during this period, give an indication of what they think may happen next and discuss what lessons can be learnt from the current crisis for the future.

We were joined by Lucian Cook, Head of Residential Research at Savills who provided an exclusive presentation on the impact of Covid’19 on the luxury property market. He was then joined by our panel, consisting of some of The Luxury Property Network’s founding members, Uma Rajah from CapitalRise, Heather Powell from Blick Rothenberg, Scott Rodell from Lansgrove and Charu Gandhi from Elicyon.
