This achievement not only highlights the excellence of ADAM Architecture's work but also underscores the power of collaboration within our LPF community.

[July 2024, London] Last July, ADAM Architecture, one of the world’s largest practices specialising in Classical and Traditional architecture and conceptual urban design, secured an impressive total of four awards from CREDAWARD in Shanghai, including two silver awards for its participating projects.
CREDAWARD has been regarded as one of ‘the most credible awards’ in the industry in China. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, the award aims to recognise outstanding projects in pursuit of excellence and design innovation, setting the standard for the future development of our cities.
Two of ADAM Architecture’s participating projects stood out among 746 projects submitted by 312 institutions from 23 countries and won silver awards: the Nansledan project in Newquay, UK, won the Silver Award for Planning Design, and the Levine Building at Trinity College, Oxford, won the Silver Award for Social and Public Projects.

Nansledan, located in Cornwall, UK, is a 218-hectare mixed-use, mixed-tenure, sustainable extension led by the Duchy of Cornwall. Over time, Nansledan will develop into a community of over 4,000 homes and 4,000 jobs, with its own high street, schools, public spaces and other public amenities, helping to meet the future needs of the local area of Nansledan in a complementary and sustainable way, and acting as a catalyst for local economic development. This project has received several prestigious awards in the UK.
Nansledan: Silver Award Winner for Planning Design at the CREDAWARD
CREDAWARD recognises planning design projects that are both functionally sound, meeting present requirements while also future-oriented, contributing to the creation of a harmonious society.
The other winning project is The New Levine Building at Trinity College, Oxford University. It is the first new building to be constructed at Trinity College, Oxford in fifty years and was designed by ADAM Architecture. It is a brand-new development in the historic heart of Trinity College and marks the first major upgrade of the College's academic facilities in over 50 years. The project won a number of heavyweight UK awards. The project successfully demonstrates ADAM Architecture's professionalism and skill in designing new classical buildings in harmony with other historic buildings in their vicinity.

The CREDAWARD is highly recognised for its internationality, comprehensiveness, and authoritativeness. This year, the 10th CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 organisations across 23 countries. The participating companies and entries came from China, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and more than 20 other countries. A jury panel of 36 international and domestic judges evaluated the entries based on architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic benefits.
