Festive Message from LPF Founder & CEO
A Festive Message from LPF Founder and CEO Priya Rawal
It is such a pleasure and a privilege to bring all of our wonderful members together over the last 12 months and especially at our Christmas Soiree held at Oriental Club with over 150 attendees. Each and everyone of our members are true leaders, advocates and changemakers of the luxury property industry. Everyone in The Luxury Property Forum captures the excellence, creativity and entrepreneurship that will propel the industry into 2023 and lead us to a brighter future.
The Luxury Property Forum prides itself on being a vibrant and supportive community, where decision makers can collaborate, share knowledge and strengthen long lasting relationships. The past year has been difficult for all businesses. With a challenging global situation, soaring costs of energy and resources, a shortage of skilled labour and the economic turbulence in Westminster, I find the members truly inspirational. I have had the honour of watching all of them come together, support one another in times of hardship and celebrate each other’s magnificent achievements. I am immensely proud of the friendships that have been forged within our community and our collective ability (and desire) to evolve and improve as an industry. Together, we have emerged more resilient, sustainable, mindful and innovative than ever before. As you know, The Luxury Property Forum is a proud supporter of LandAid a property industry charity fighting to end youth homeless. We shall be making our annual Christmas donation to them and working closely with them on how we, as an industry, can do our bit to help in what will be a challenging year.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our fabulous LPF Team! None of this would be possible without you. I thank you for your expertise, your counsel and your ongoing support throughout. I am so excited that as team, we are also evolving and growing. I am pleased to welcome, Pippa Mitchell as our Head of Strategy, Business Consultant Breda Ferarrio and our new Head of Events and Marketing Emma Hudson Rogers. I would personally like to thank Victoria for her contribution to The Luxury Property Forum and we wish her all the best in her new ventures. Pippa, Breda and Emma, join our Head of Membership Sameera, Head of Business Development Sarah, Marketing Consultant Jenny and my amazing Head of Operations and Executive Assistant Andrea. As some of you know, I recently gave birth to a baby girl and the wonderful team will be looking after you, whilst I take a short break!
The LPF Membership has grown significantly and strategically over the past year both domestically and internationally. We have been delighted to bring our member over 20 webinars and masterclasses, 50 virtual networking sessions, over 30 in person events and amassed an audience over 20,000. Next year I look forward to bringing the membership our highly anticipated website, an exciting events calendar and further curating our community of pioneers within the luxury property industry.
I would like to finish by congratulating you on your exceptional achievements and thanking you for your support this year. I cannot wait to see what 2023 brings.
Best wishes
Priya Rawal
Founder and CEO of The Luxury Property Forum
