Rhodium Appoints New Managing Director Kate Donneky
Property management and consultancy firm Rhodium has named Kate Donneky MRICS as Managing Director to oversee the business.
Donneky steps up to the newly-created position having been a shareholder in the business since its inception in 2011. In 2022 Rhodium surpassed £12bn-worth of assets under management, across 41 prime central London new build developments.
The firm has made a number of top level hires in the past twelve months, including marketing consultant Jenny Naylor to oversee the marketing and PR strategy ahead of a raft of new projects scheduled for 2023 and beyond.
Kate Donneky, MD of Rhodium:
“What sets Rhodium apart from others is our sole focus on the super-prime sector and the 360 degree service we provide – from early stage consultancy right through to mobilisation and post-completion property management. We’ve grown the team significantly over the last year with new specialist hires to support the growth trajectory for the business and my role moving forward will be to ensure we continue to provide the world-class level of servicing our clients have come to expect from us”.
Dean Main, CEO of Rhodium: “Kate’s new position coincides with our recent client wins internationally; we will continue to work closely in order to drive our business forward and build on the success and pedigree of Rhodium”.
Prior to Rhodium, Donneky worked as a Chartered Surveyor in the management and national investment team for NB Real Estate and Capita Symonds.
