LPF Member, Knowles is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Hailey, as London Operations Director. Previously of Holloway White Allom, before moving Client side, acting on behalf of and delivering schemes for Ultra High Net Worth families, Mark Hailey brings a wealth of experience of over 30 years in the super-prime construction sector to Knowles, having worked for private clients and Architects alike. During his career to date, Mark has worked on many prestigious projects including 1 Hotel Mayfair and a private Sardinian Estate, as well as dozens of super-prime private residential projects.
Bolstering the top team and working closely with Robin Knowles and Knowles’ Project Managers, in the newly created role, Mark will be spearheading the delivery of Knowles’ London projects, acting as the interface between Knowles’ Board of Directors and live projects through coordination with Knowles’ in- house divisions including Knowles Structures.
In addition to this work, Mark will be responsible for the management, delivery, and operational set-up of all London-based projects, as well as upholding Knowles’ high health and safety standards, quality control, projects financial performance alongside the Commercial team, as well as align all of Knowles’ internal and external procedures.
Mark will work closely with Knowles’ Country counterpart, Mark Haslam, Knowles’ Country Operations Director, seamlessly and cohesively deliver schemes for Knowles across London and the Home Counties.
