This new business unit will be offering Development Management on a consultancy basis and working with partners on developments. It will be focusing on the High-end Residential sector in Prime Central London. A former Chelsea Barracks Director, Tim Plaskow brings more than 16 years’ experience in property. He has overseen the delivery of more than 1million sq ft of Real Estate development with a combined GDV of more than £2bn. Tim brings extensive knowledge to overseeing the whole development lifecycle, priding himself in delivering complex projects efficiently, to the highest standards and with a strong focus on achieving best value.
LXA Development Management will offer a consultancy service for high net-worth individuals, developers, and investors. It will include:
